We want you to love your ZenForm pieces! If the fit isn't absolutely perfect, we are here to help.

  • Returns & Exchanges: We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery T&C Apply*

  • The Golden Rule: Due to hygiene standards, lingerie and intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sportswear, sports bras, and outerwear can be exchanged or returned, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
