Can I return or exchange lingerie items?


Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, underwear, or intimate sets once the package has been opened. We only accept returns on these items if they arrive defective or damaged. We highly recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before purchasing!
Can I exchange activewear or sports bras?


Yes! We offer a 7-day exchange policy for activewear, sports bras, and outerwear. The items must be completely unworn, unwashed, free of any stains or scents (like deodorant or perfume), and have all original tags still attached.
Is the packaging discreet? I'm worried about privacy.

Absolutely. We respect your privacy completely. All ZenForm orders are shipped in plain, unbranded external outer packaging. There is no mention of "lingerie," "intimates," or specific product names on the outside shipping label only our company routing name.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for regional areas. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its journey.
How do I know which size to buy?

We want you to find your perfect fit! We have a detailed Link to Size Guide with exact measurements for our lingerie and activewear lines. Since sportswear fits firmer for support and lingerie fits like a second skin, we recommend following our step-by-step measuring guide. If you are in between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a tighter, high-compression workout fit.
How should I wash my ZenForm activewear and lingerie to make it last?

To keep your pieces looking and feeling brand new:

  • Activewear: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid fabric softeners (they can clog moisture-wicking fabrics) and hang dry.
  • Lingerie: We highly recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. If using a machine, place items inside a mesh laundry bag, use a delicate cycle, and always air dry. Never tumble dry intimate wear, as the heat breaks down the elastic.
Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible!
